A little Bit of Everything Workout

Spring has finally arrived! This month we decided to continue with the theme of the outdoors. So we created a workout that included “A little bit of everything” that you can do anywhere. This workout will require a set of Dumbbells and a Jump Rope. As always use this as a substitute when you are away on business/ pleasure or unable to make it in to one of the studios. The workout consists of 10 exercises with a little HIIT thrown in. We recommend completing the entire set of 10 exercises before taking a short water break. If you cycle through the workout 4 times you should be able to complete it in approximately 30-40mins.

  1. ½ Get Ups x 10 each side

  2. Push up Alt DB Row x10

  3. DB Jump Squats x10

  4. Alt. DB Overhead Press x10 each side

  5. Jump Rope x150

  6. Russian Twist x10 each side

  7. Squat/Curl/Press x10

  8. Alt. Reverse Lunges x10 each side

  9. Push Ups

  10. Speed skaters x50
